Q: Hi Bill,
I would like to buy a higher performance turbo nozzle. My PW is rated at 2000 psi and 1.4 GPM max, so it appears that the AR 2.75 Orifice Turbo Nozzle is a close fit. The issue is my PW is electric and your nozzles are limited to gas PWs only. Why is there a gas restriction? Thanks, Dave by Dave on February 28, 2012
A: You are correct, the AR2.75 orifice would be the correct size for your pressure washer ratings. What makes these compatible with gas pressure washers versus electric models is the 1/4" quick connect connection fitting. Most electric pressure washers have plastic bayonet twist style connection fittings on the trigger gun and wands and will not accept standard metal quick connect fittings.
What brand or model pressure washer do you own? You may need to go with an electric compatible turbo nozzle such as model 81K020SH by PowerWasher.
