Q: Unless I am missing something, this unit does not have a tank for holding cleaning solutions?
by Mike on March 12, 2012

A: This machine does NOT come with an on-board tank to hold detergent. This model uses a siphon hose that is included with the pressure washer to inject chemicals into the water stream.

You would simply place the siphon hose into your detergent container and then use the black detergent spray tip to inject chemicals.

Q: I have been trying to use a cleaner with my power washer but it does not pull the liquid from the jug. Do I need to use a lower pressure nozzel ? Thanks.
by Anonymous on December 05, 2011

A: Yes, you have to use the black spray tip in order to pull detergent thru the hose. This machine can only spray detergent at low pressure.

Great Unit
This is my first time buying a prosumer washer. I've had 2 other units that were purchased at big box stores, they only lasted a year or two.

I learned later that the pumps are only rated for about 50 hours- it's like throwing money out the window. I use a pressure washer to clean my vinyl siding, fence and deck, and wash my cars and motorcycle.

The rental places want $75.00 a day, it just doesn't make sense. Do yourself a favor and buy right the first time.

This is a great little work... more

Bad Pump
Unfortunately I had to return this washer after only a few hours of use because the switch failed. It worked very well, but on one occasion when the pump stopped in response to releasing the trigger, it just never came back on. Nothing I tried worked: reset, cooling the motor, made sure all the waterways were clear.

I never ran the motor without water pressure, and made certain the hose was of sufficient diameter. We have city water so the pressure should have been more than adequate.... more
