Q: I see different types of washes 1 a soft wash and 2 a high pressure wash. I am a painter that does pressure washing on the side. Which is better for residential use and how do these guys do a soft wash with a x jet what psi do u need to reach those high up places when doing a low pressure wash by Chris from Connecticut on August 21, 2011
A: When cleaning the siding of a house and wanting to do so from the ground, you really need 3000 psi or more to reach the 2nd story. Even when using a detergent attachment such as the x jet, you will still need high pressure to reach those upper surfaces. A 2800 psi machine would be the minimum psi that I would recommend for this type of cleaning. If you are spraying detergent thru a normal chemical injection at low pressure, you will only be able to reach about 10 ft. vertically and you will still have to high pressure rinse in order to get a good performance. by Bill, Product Expert
Q: I STAY IN A TRI LEVEL HOME I CAN NOT BE GETTING UP ON A LADDER I AM 60 YRS OLD WILL THIS DO THE JOB WITH OUT HAVING TO CLIMB A LADDER AND GET THE ALGAE OFF MY VINYL SIDING THANK YOU MAURICE by Maurice H Cox from Tennessee on June 16, 2011
A: This unit would not be able to reach up to the top of what you are trying to clean alone. You need a long range soap/rince nozzle or a telescoping wand. You don't need the ladder saver depending on how high you need to go and may be able to get away with a GP high pressure soap shooter with rinse capability.

Worked well
The tool came to my house as a drop shipment. The delivery driver put the box in my driveway where I checked it and signed the release.
Since it was around November 20 or so, I only had a week or two of use before the cold weather began. During that time I was able to clean a small side of my house, part of the driveway, and the bottom third of my chimney.
The pressure washer worked well on the wood and driveway. I expected it to be more time consuming to remove the paint from the bricks. I'll have to wait until the spring.

A Very Positive Experience
Unit Arrived in About 7 Days and in Good Shape. Instruction Book and Additional Power Washer Magazine Simple to Read and Helpful.
Used Yesterday With Turbo Wand On Patio and Walks and That Turbo Is Smokin'. Much Faster and Easier.
Haven'T Used the Ladder Saver Yet But Will in the Near Future For the House.
Engine Easy to Start (Once You Remember to Turn On the Gas) and Runs Smoothly and About as Quiet as Small Engines Can Be.
Haven'T Had a Chance to Use the Soap and Degreaser Yet But That Is Coming.
All in All a Very Positive Experience.

Impressed with everything
This is the first time I ever purchased anything on line. I was very skeptical about ordering anything on line, never mind an item that cost me this much.
I was very impressed the way everything was handled. I especially liked the way I could track my order on line.
My special thanks to the truck driver who was also very nice. If i ever needed to buy anything on line again I wouldn't hesitate to use your company.
