Q: Will the Briggs & Stratton Adjustable Spray Wand (Consumer Gas) work with a Briggs and Stratton Brute 2000 psi - model number 020290?
by Tracey from Pennsylvania on April 11, 2011

A: Yes this wand will definitely work with that pressure washer trigger gun.

Q: Bill, do you happen to have one of these spray wands that are 60" to 72" long? I need one longer than I currently have to reach my overhangs. The one I currently have for my 2300 psi gas Generac power washer is 24" long. Thanks for your help!
by Derek Baker from Texas on March 26, 2011

A: The longest solid spray wand we carry is 33" long. However, we do carry telescoping wands that come in the length you need. With the psi you have, you would not be able to use a telescoping wand longer than the 12' version we carry.

I posted a link to a telescoping wand that you could use with your machine:

My Evaluation
This is my second B&S pressure washer - first was stolen.

The overall design (chassis, engine and pump mounting, hose connections, etc.) are much superior to the first one and I am satisfied. The required assembly was minimal, no problems encountered. The engine started easily and runs well.

For my use, the wand is totally useless. (1) it is SHORT -- apparently designed/built for midgets and (2) has no setting that can effectively clean a flat service (i.e., a concrete driveway).... more

Worthless Wand!
This wand is a jack of all trades and master of none. The spray is adjustable, but unfortunately does not provide a very precise fan.

The wand diffuses the spray to such an extent that the power of the washer is lost because water is going everywhere. I am replacing this wand with one that has different, fixed tips for different uses.

The spray works by adjusting two blades that channel the water from the tip. These two blades are supposed to be parallel, but in practice are NOT-... more
