| Difficult hose reel assembly |

The pressure washer itself is great. My issues are with the accessories I purchased for it, specifically the hose reel.
There were no instructions for assembly. This made it difficult in that I could not figure out how to attach the hose to the reel so it would pass around the tip attachment.
I had to cut away the rubber support at the end of the hose to get the hose to wind tightly enough to pass around without incident.
I think they should include detailed instructions for the assembly of the hose and reel. I am an engineer by trade and it was difficult for me to make this work, so I feel badly for those with no mechanical experience when they have to assemble this. |
