Campbell Hausfeld 2500 PSI (Gas-Cold Water) Pressure Washer With Honda Engine

I have used my new pressure washer several times, and I am very pleased with both the quality and the results.

This washer has everything I was looking fora Honda engine, 2500 PSI washer, threaded connections, pneumatic tires, and a small footprint for storage.

The engine starts the first time, and the washer delivers the right amount of pressure for cleaning my sidewalk and driveway. I have so far had no problem with the equipment.

The Pressure Washers Direct staff was uniformly friendly and helpful, and I unequivocally recommend them to anyone considering a purchase. Without question I will use them again.

Campbell Hausfeld, the manufacturer, did an unsatisfactory job with respect to service. The washer and the packaging material were covered with oil, which took me over an hour to remove. Also, the oil filter was saturated with oil and needed replacement. This problem is apparently common enough that a tag was enclosed to advise the owner to check the filter.

When I called Campbell Hausfeld in Mt. Juliet, TN, to request a replacement filter, the representative dismissively told me that the filter was an engine issue and that I needed to contact Honda. I strenuously objected, so she finally relented and agreed to send me a filter. Ninety percent of the washer is the engine, so how good is their 3 year warranty? This is not what I call premium service. Its a shame that Campbell Hausfeld thinks so little of their customers.
