Q: I JUST PURCHASED A KARCHER PRESSURE WASHER Model: K3.740
WITH INDUCTION MOTOR AND ALSO THE HOSE TO SUCK WATER OUT OF A TANK.. I JUST SAW THIS PRODUCT DOES IT WORK BETTER THAN Model: 4.440-238 WOULD. I HAVE A 25 GALLON WATER TANK THAT I WANT TO SUCK WATER FROM. DOES THIS PRODUCT LET YOU WORK FARTHER FROM THE WATER SUPPLY THANK YOU

A: No, this water pumping kit is not design for your type of use. The suction hose model 4.440-238 is the correct product for your application.

 Karcher Rapid Return for K3.67M

I was setting up my K 3.67M when water started leaking and it will not work.

I would like to find a repair shop locally to fix it.

PWD RESPONDS: Karcher's electric pressure washers are serviced, under warranty, through their Rapid Exchange program.

Please contact Karcher directly at 800-537-4129 to set up the return and replacement of your unit. You will need a copy of your invoice and the serial number of your unit handy when you call them.
