Karcher 3000 PSI (Gas-Cold Water) Pressure Washer w/ Subaru EX Engine

The first pressure washer was damaged when I got it. UPS picked it up, but the replacement was on backorder.

I had over 4500 sf of driveway, a metal roof & stone sidewalks & patios that needed cleaning prior to my son's wedding at our home.

Pressure Washers Direct agreed to ship out a washer with the Subaru motor rather than the Honda so I could have it on time. I was a bit disappointed, but in a bind.

This washer is wonderful. The only time it didn't start on the first pull was when I forgot to turn the on switch on!

Make sure for heavy stuff you get a Tubo tip. I did all of my cleaning in 9 hours total. The driveway has not been cleaned in 14 years! It looks new!

I don't know how I've lived this long without it. Suggestion: get a quick coupler to attach the hose to the washer. It saves a lot of time & keeps it from having the little squirt type leaks when you move it around.

Our unit was delivered with left outboard wheel bearing totally shattered in shipping and we were sent an entire replacement new wheel assembly. We were disappointed to have to wait and additional week to use the unit until receiving the replacement part.

The weakest part on this unit appears to be the water hose inlet fitting. It is plastic and was pulled right out of the pump the first time the garden hose snagged while moving the cart. All the other fittings are metal, why they ever used plastic here to connect the garden hose beats us.

We now secure the hose to the frame with a spring loaded hand clamp so all loads on the garden hose are transmitted to the frame, not directly on the fitting. We have yet been able to find a replacement part made of metal.

Other than that, this is a fine beginner unit. We wash the cars, and house with it, car parts, engine and engine bays, paint brushes latex and rollers, paint buckets, driveways, the barbeque, oven racks, furniture, and more. Its a blast!

But be careful, there's enough pressure to cut yourself and bleed if you are not paying attention to where you are spraying.

This has been one of the best tools we have ever purchased. Wish we had bought one of these decades ago!

Washer was delivered with the left wheel bent about 30 degrees, I beat it with a mallet to where it will at least roll.

Metal and paint on wheel is cracked. Like every thing these days I did not even call, figured nothing would be done and it wouldn't be worth the hassle.

I bought this model from Pressure Washer's Direct. It was bought after contractors came in with unbelievable prices to pressure wash and stain a 1000 sq ft deck.

This machine quickly became my wife's favorite tool (as long as I was using it). In its first week it pressure washed the siding of our house, our tool shed, our side walkway, and the deck.

Since then it has power washed our front stairs, our front walkway, our lawn and deck furniture, and our driveway. I just finished a light cleaning of our newly stained and sealed deck.

The machine has the easiest starting gasoline engine I own, and the wand works well when properly tightened. So far in the last 2 months it has done all we have asked it to do.

My wife loves this machine because of its leaning power- it is heavy, but also highly maneuverable. All in all it's a very good product.
