OK, Pressure Washers Direct did the best job I've seen in a long time. I would and will buy from them again, soon.

I ordered 2 Reconditioned Karcher Prosumer 3600 PSI Pressure Washer w Honda GX Engine And Hose Reel HD3600DHR. All was well until I started using them.

One of them is just under-powered, the other one had a bolt falling out of it. The pump bolts are lost, even the bolts from the tires fell off.

And, I'm still waiting for Karcher to tell the repair place to fix them. Karcher has lost a lot of face with this deal-
