Q: Does the K2.26-75 have the re-engineered axial cam pump with the new polymer that resists corrosion better than metal pumps, as is on the K2.425 that you recommended ?

A: No it does not. Only the X series models by Karcher have that Poly N Core pump that Karcher produces.

Q: wondering how to set up the floor/deck scrubber?

A: You have to remove the spray wand by twisting it and pulling it outward from the trigger gun. The floor surface cleaner will attach in the same exact way as the spray wand attaches to the gun.

Q: Do you have any self priming pressure washers for sale (gas or electric) ? I have wood deck on my 1/2 acre pond to clean & would like to be able to use the pond water. Thankyou.

A: Yes, all Karcher branded pressure washers both the gas and electric versions have self priming pumps that can pull water from a standing source such as a tank or pond. We also sell Kranzle and DirtKiller brand pressure washers which too have self priming pumps. Kranzle and DirtKiller only offer professional grade pressure washers while Karcher offers residential and prosumer grade models.

I would definitely recommend that you use a filter on the end of the hose that is placed in the pond to prevent debris from entering the pump. Karcher makes a hose with filter for this purpose that we sell as an accessory.

Q: What happens when you use hot water in a Karcher electric power washer? I never knew they were (Electric-Cold Water) listed.

A: Karcher's cold water pressure washers can accept water up to 104F degrees. This is common with all cold water pressure washers. Using water hotter than 104F degrees in a cold water pressure washer will definitely damage and wear away the seals in the pump, causing the pump to fail. This is the fastest way to damage a pump that is rated for "cold water".

I Love My Pressure Washer. I Cleaned All the Curbs in Front of My House and I Hope to Power Wash the Curbs On the Sides and Back This Week.

 A very nice surprise

I bought this to replace another Karcher unit I bought 6 years ago that died. Well, it didn't die, I killed it by leaving it in the shed over the winter with water still in it.

Anyway, I saw this unit with the floor attachment and the price was right, so I took a chance. Well, I just finished my concrete patio and it did a great job.

The floor attachment is a little tricky to work with at first, but once you develop a rhythm, it's good to go. The unit I had was a little bit more powerful, but this one is quiet in comparison so I will give up some power for l... more
