Yes, you can probably find a cheaper hand-held pressure washer at your local mega store. But beware!
Most small electric pressure washers feature "wobble" pumps, which tend to wear out very quickly.
This Karcher K2.26M model, however, features a German-engineered "axial" pump instead. The better pump is worth the couple of extra dollars. |

I had the first unit replaced under warranty. The second unit lasted a few uses and the motor died like the first unit.
I would not recommend wasting any time or money on this washer. |

| China Made Products are mostly inferior products |

It was good while it lasted, but unfortunately after only around a year it died- and we live in a warm weather climate so it wasn't exposed to freezing or misuse.
I couldn't find where it was made, but I suspect China and have found that most China based products don't last very long.
I am trying to find a USA made power washer but haven't had any luck. Craftsman used to be in the US now it's made in China- and it lasted less than several months and the hose keeps popping off. I'm finding that China products are crap. |
