Karcher 1400 PSI Hand-Carry (Electric-Cold Water) Pressure Washer

I use this tiny but mighty washer to clean my pool deck and patio. It uses a LOT less water than the hose did. I had it running pretty continuously for a couple hours several days in a row. It ran like a champ!

I was mildly frustrated that I couldn't get it to work the second day, but it turned out that the ground mechanism in the plug had decided that the extension cord I was using that day was not up to par. It worked just fine when I plugged it back into the wall directly. Annoying, but I appreciate the safety factor.

The power cord and water hose are plenty long enough for me to clean the deck around a 20x40' pool and the surrounding patio with no problem. The variable speed wand is really handy- you can clean at high pressure then twist the nozzle to just a strongish spray and wash the resulting debris away.

I am quite pleased with this little item, it's compact and fits nicely into a cubbyhole in the garage and gets the job done. I think it's a really good value for household use.
