Q: Any of the soap in this Ultimate kit suitable for Auto and house window washing? Doesn't say in the features. That's why I am asking. by Adolf on April 16, 2012
A: This soap pack kit does come with a house and siding cleaner but there is not a vehicle wash detergent included.

Think about it. If you buy fish, you need fish food. If you buy a pressure washer, you need detergent.
Soap and water always cleans better than water alone. We strongly recommend the Karcher Ultimate Soap Kit for several reasons.
First, it contains a variety of detegents, ranging from ordinary car wash to heavy-duty degreaser. You'll eventually find use for every type of detergent included.
Secondly, it's cheap to ship. The detergent is super-concentrated in extremely small packets. You simply add it to your detergent tank, and it dissolves in a couple of minutes. Water is extremely heavy. If you eliminate the water, you reduce the shipping cost.
Finally, it's cheaper to buy in bulk. If you buy each detergent individually, it gets expensive. Buy the kit just once and you'll save.

Could use it more if it wasn't so HOT
Easy to assemble. Started easily the first time with three pulls.
Spray is very strong and does a good job with porch dirt. Now if it wasn't so darn HOT here in Texas I could use it more often.
Can't really use the unit at 6am as it does make a significant noise. It will cool off soon, and I have several projects in mind.
Very fast shipping and the unit arrived safely.

Not Impressed
I used if for first time this week end- not impressed. It shuts down every 5 minutes on over heat, I can't even wash a whole truck.
PWD RESPONDS: That doesn't sound like it's working right. Please contact the folks at Earthwise, toll free, at (800) 633-1501 to run through a quick troubleshooting checklist.
The unit has a 1 year factory warranty, so if it needs to be repaired or replaced the Earthwise folks will be happy to set it up for you.

Impressed with everything
This is the first time I ever purchased anything on line. I was very skeptical about ordering anything on line, never mind an item that cost me this much.
I was very impressed the way everything was handled. I especially liked the way I could track my order on line.
