Up to now I used only gas pressure washers to wash the house. Plenty of power, sometimes too much- which can give blemishes here and there. So I was a bit skeptic about electric models since they feature less PSI.
But this Karcher is really great! The power is plenty for a detailed house washing. You need to put plenty of bleach before, in case mold is present. For bleach application use a hand pump, not the Karcher, and leave it for few minutes. My guess is that the Karcher detergent is useless for house washing (probably OK for cars).
It is very quiet and the engine doesn't warm up due to the new cooling system.
I got the 4 piece extender as well, very useful to reach the top of the house. The T250 spinner is also great for large surfaces, saves a lot of energy and makes the washing even more quieter and it's not messy at all (the water jet is contained under the spinner).
PWD RESPONDS: The pressure washer-safe House & Siding washes won't damage the seals in your pump (and they're easier on your landscaping)- just follow the directions.
Bleach run-off can damage landscaping, furniture, & cars so please be very careful.

I've only used my washer a couple of times so far, but it's working well and I love the hard surface cleaner (disc shaped).
I used a Campbell Hausfeld electric washer for many years but when my disc cleaner died with that model, I was unable to find a replacement that would work. So I had to upgrade to the Karcher brand.
I'm looking forward to putting it to work a lot over the spring and summer.

Overdue
After years of neglect my deck was screaming for attention. My wife and I decided to purchase a pressure washer, our Xmas present to each other, and after a little research decided to purchase the Karcher brand.
No disappointment, only great results.

Works Better And Faster Than Expected
I did the driveway and sidewalks in half the time using the surface cleaner. You need to slow down and let the washer work, about the speed of a rug cleaner; if you see streaks or scrolls you are going too fast.
It did a better, faster job on the built up mildew on the sidewalk than the neighbor's 2500psi wand I used a couple years ago, and without the lumbago! No back pain this time!

What A Machine- P.s.
I wanted to add one important detail. With the Karcher unit, you essentially receive a 3 foot wand extension you can use on the Generac.
That was a big help on the siding and keeps you away from the spray.

Electric Pw Works For Me
I have a gas PW that I can't start readily, so I decided to buy an electric model. It has just as much power, it was easier to start, and quieter.
The concrete patio cleaned well, but the dark brown wooden deck still looked dirty. I read the reviews and purchased the Surface Cleaner. This did a much better job on the wooden deck and did it more quickly.
I haven't had any leakage problems as reported in some reviews. Thanks for a good, manageable product that a little old lady can use.

Great Deck Cleaner
Bought to clean my wooden deck, and did a great job without any splatter!
And, the two extensions work with the regular spray tips- an added bonus.

Big Job - Short Work
The Karcher 2000 has the power for any job. I had a Karcher before and was suprised how quiet this one was. The Karcher surface cleaner made a short job for the deck flooring. I was amazed how deep and even the cleaning went, not one streak! Next up, the Paver Driveway...

Tracer Attachment For Electric Model
My Karcher electric pressure washer is great. The high pressure gets most buildup off whatever surface Im cleaning siding, cement, etc. However, the spray is only 1 - 2' wide so larger surfaces, like my driveway which extends to the back of my house, can take several hours or even a couple of days. The T-Racer attachment with its 12 spray makes larger jobs a lot less timeconsuming and does a very good job.

Great Powerwasher Surface Cleaner, Not So Great
Used the washer on a badly soiled garage floor and on a wooden deck and it worked great. the T200 on the other hand, worked only ok. It seems you must move the surface cleaner verrrry slowly or it doesnt clean evenly. It was virtually ineffective on the wooden deck floor so I replaced it with the high pressure wand to finish the job.
Very happy with the K3.740, not so happy with the T200

Happy Camper From Philadelphia
Looked and shopped for weeks before buying the Karcher 2000 from Pressure Washers Direct. It is all the reviews said it was.
I used it on a 30x25 10 year neglected deck. It did take more time than using the commercial models ,but it stood the task of using it for 4 hours straight without an overheat.
Found no issue with product falling over during the entire cleaning as others had mentioned.
My only issue was with a bit of doubt on shipping charge for an accessory . Website says they have to charge shipping for it because it comes from another location Hmm! When delivery was made I asked the driver where the 2nd package was. He said only one. I opened package and the accessory was in there? How do you explain it coming from another location. Just say you charge shipping for accessory and keep it right. No problem with that.
I would recommend this product and company regardless of the mislead. I also just purchased the 24 Cub cadet snow blower w power steering for next season great price and great delivery on all purchases.
PWD RESPONDS: It's pretty simple- we pay the shipping on the pressure washers, the customer pays the shipping on everything else.
We say that "...accessories often ship separately from different manufacturers in different locations." Many times they do; sometimes we have them in our warehouse and they'll ship together; either way, shipping is charged on accessories based on the weight of the item, no matter where it comes from.
We tried to make it as easy as possible by also saying "We simply charge standard shipping rates on the accessories – not the pressure washer. "
We apologize for any confusion.

Xseries Power Washer
Setup and Assembly Was Straight Forward and Easy to Do. My First Task Was An 18 by 18 Wooden Deck. the Unit Worked Very Well and Cleaned the Deck to Brand New.
the Power Was Excellent and the Unit Is Very Quiet.
Next Was An 8 by 8 Concrete Deck the Washer Cleaned the Surface Too, a Very Clean and Shiny Surface. I Was Able to Also Clean Deck Chairs and Tables in Mere Minutes Too- Very Clean and Shiny.
the Washer Works Very Well So Far With Wonderful Power Performance. Cleanup and Storage Are a Breeze. At This Point I Would Recommend This Power Washer Highly!!!

Power Washer And Flat Surface Cleaner
We purchased the power washer from Pressure Washers Direct cheaper and with higher psi than any power washer we could find in the local big box stores.
It was shipped for free and arrived quickly. It was easy to assemble with only 4 screws and one Phillips head screwdriver. The only problem we found was that the on/off switch had been loosened or was never mounted correctly. My husband took care of that very quickly with a slight nudge of pressure to pop it into place.
The directions were easy to understand and the deck and driveway/sidewalks look like brand new! We cleaned a three car wide driveway about 24 feet long in 4 hours instead of taking two, 8 hr days with the hose.
We couldn't be more pleased. This is a great buy!

T-racer With An 1850
I purchased the T-Racer to work with my 1850 and it cut down on my work.
I did about 7000 square feet of concrete, 1500 sq. ft. of brick pavers and 2500 sq ft of brick walls in two weekends.
It left little to no zebra stripes and moving at a moderate pace this works so much easier than a low degree pressure head with very little water blowback on me.
You do have to stop every now and then to use a regular hose to get rid of the dirt. Because this unit does all of the work under a cover, dirty water puddles up where you have cleaned and needs to be rinsed.
Over all, this is an awesome, low priced attachment for home use.

Washed My Deck Great!
Works great, easy to handle. Perfect amount of power for decks, siding and patios.
Cleaned my deck and one side of my house at the same time. Only wish there was a better way of storing the cord and hose. Otherwise, a great powerwasher.

Difficult Assembly
I had trouble connecting the Trigger Gun to the High Pressure Hose, Vario power spray wand and dirtblaster.
I contacted Karcher Support and was told to spray a WD40 type lube that allowed me to install these accessories. It would be helpful to include this information in the owners manual.
The small manual photos for installing the detergent tanks and detergent tanks tubes were difficult to install because the tank tops needed a WD40 type lube before the tops could be installed. I received this information from Karcher Support but it should be included in the users manual. With this information, I was able to install the tank tops.
The tanks were installed with some difficulty. The owners manual states that the tanks are removable without mentioning that some parts must be removed before the tanks can be removed. I am still trying to get information from Karcher Support to determine if I installed the one power washer tube correctly that connects the detergent tanks to the powerwasher.I have not used the powqerwasher yet but I hope to use it soon after I get information on the connection from support.
My complaints about this unit is that it is difficult to assemble, there are no hooks for the cables and the detergent tanks are not readily removable.

Works Well
Used washer several times and works very well.
Hose is a great addition to the Karcher washer. Allows me more freedom to move around and not have to move the washer, water hose and power cord.
