| Great Unit |
| By Matthew Hampel (Monroe, CT) |
This is my first time buying a prosumer washer. I've had 2 other units that were purchased at big box stores, they only lasted a year or two.
I learned later that the pumps are only rated for about 50 hours- it's like throwing money out the window. I use a pressure washer to clean my vinyl siding, fence and deck, and wash my cars and motorcycle.
The rental places want $75.00 a day, it just doesn't make sense. Do yourself a favor and buy right the first time.
This is a great little work horse for around the house. It is a nice quality unit, and easy to operate.
I also purchased the 18' telescoping wand. I don't have to risk my life on a ladder any more to do the siding and gutters. I also bought the belt to hold the wand, but it was not so great as the clip to hold the wand broke half way through washing the siding.
The manufacturer sent me another no charge, but it still seams a little flimsy for the weight of the wand. I will probably be able to rig something up that will work better. |
