Q: is this a Hot water capatible hose?

A: Yes, this hose can accept water up to 310 F degrees and 5800 psi.

Q: is the kobra jet hose r2 two ply hose?

A: This would be a two ply hose. The inner layer would be a steel braid, the out would be rubber.
