A: Yes there are pressure washers that come with the capabilty of spraying detergent at high pressure. However, this feature will only be on professional grade models or on hot water pressure washers.
For a residential grade pressure washer, you could always purchase a high pressure soap shooter nozzle attachment that would allow you to spray detergent at high pressure. I am posting a link below to the high pressure soap nozzle I am referring to:
