I opened the box and assembled the unit. Cart wasn't as tough as I hoped? Unit sits too much on an anglel and cart is a little too small. Also, after reading instructions fully, it lacked on the How Much and where to add oil section??? It was confusing and a pain to Figure out on my own?
Now, once I started it, the performance was great.. Up until the unit turned itself off?? I started it again, ran it for awhile, and it cut out again? It has been doing this, I'd say 45 times during 2 days of use for a total of 1 hour of use??
It shouldn't be doing this.. Also, Pump area seams to be Very hot??
I am a smart guy, GAS IS ON..

They will walk you through some basic troubleshooting, and if that doesn't solve the problem they can refer you to the closest Factory Authorized service location for warranty work.
