Q: How do you drain the soap tank? by Leon from Indiana on August 15, 2011
A: You would drain this detergent tank thru the siphon hose that is attached to the bottom of this tank. You would remove the siphon hose temporarily and turn the shut off valve to the on position. Then simply reattach the siphon hose when the tank is drained. by Bill, Product Expert
Q: Bill, I need to replace the pump on myKarcher 3,000 PSI , 2,5 gpm, Honda engine GC 190.
Do I need a specific pump? If not what would you recommend? by Steve from Florida on July 04, 2011
A: You don't need a specific kind of pump more than likely you could use the AR RMV25G30D.
Thanks,

Q: If I was to buy a 3000 psi/2.5 gpm machine would it be ok to use a 3/8 inch pressure hose instead of the 1/4 inch hose it comes with. PS:I want to go to 50 foot instead of the 25 foot bit came with. by Wes Carlson from North Dakota on May 05, 2011
A: Going to a 3/8" hose would not be a problem. The main reason for companies going to a 1/4" hose is to keep cost down on the product. Going with 50' would not be an issue either.

Q: will this powerwasher reach second story? about 28 feet. want to wash the siding.
what one would you say i should get. gas or electric? i know nothing about them and most people say this one will work and it don't. by Anonymous on May 01, 2011
A: No, this unit would not be able to reach the second story without a telescoping wand or high pressure soap nozzle.
My suggestion would be gas, they have more power and you have more options for different tasks.

Very Pleased!
This is my first pressure washer and as a consumer, I'd say its everything I could expect from a pressure washer. My initial concern was that our country home didnt have the water pressure necessary to run this washer properly but to date, its run like a charm and maintains its pressure just fine. The manual suggested having the home pressure tested but I was too anxious to get to cleaning to drive all the way into town for a device to test our pressure. I havent been disappointed in its performance.
Out of the box, the engine didnt crank immediately but I wasnt surprised. Ultimately, it cranked soon enough.
Quick detach spray nozzles make for easy changes to the type of output needed. The hose is long enough but not too long to be a hassle.
Getting operational is quick and easy so youll be cleaning the side of your home in no time. The wheels are stout enough for me to navigate our rocky terrain an important feature for choosing this washer.
The accessory bag with cleaners and the pressure washer tips book are an added bonus and the velcro hose strap keeps the hose from unraveling when storing. Sometimes its the little things.
Take down is quick and easy when youve finished your cleaning task and it has a small footprint when storing it certainly wont eat up your garage or storage shed space. Its also lightweight enough to move around but not so light as to feel cheaply manufactured.
Ive yet to use the soap dispenser reservoir so I cant comment on its function.
All-in-all, Id say this is an excellent pressure washer with an agreeable price for a device that can easily clean common household grime using only high water pressure alone.

Awesome
I bought two of these for our business. They are great.
It packs a powerful punch at 3000 psi and we can now get rid of the prehistoric gum that litters our lot.
The guys actually enjoy using them and our facilities have never looked better.
The price was excellent. Wish I would have bought one for my home.
Can't beat this unit for the price and the bag of goodies it comes with.

Fine Overall
The pressure washer performed fine.
It was rather loud, but for the performance, I didn't mind the noise.
I have not used the chemical tank to comment on it.
I used this unit for 8hrs solid one day and probably burned 4 or 5 tanks of fuel.
The Honda engine cranked up every time I refilled it. It took 3 pulls on the first tank, 1 pull on all the other tanks.
The unit rolls with ease and the bonus kit that came with the unit had very helpful information on how to use the unit on a range of different surfaces. The bonus kit also tells you the proper storage of the unit which is very helpful as well.
Pleased at this point!!!

The soap tank doesn't work, but I didn't have much use for that anyway.

Great, but noisy
I just love it, it works just perfect!
I would love it even more if it made less noise.

How to Quickly Clean Your Gas Grill
Nice weather means backyard barbecues. But grease and grime can accumulate pretty quickly in between cookouts. Cleaning your barbecue grill is a breeze with a pressure washer.
