Q: I have been trying to determine the exact replacement model of a pressure washer extension hose for a Honda Powerboss Model 020309. I find hoses that seem to say they fit, but I also see sizes like 14mm or 15mm, 1/4 inch or 5/16 inch. How can I be sure that by ordering, that the hose I receive will fit? A: The 1/4" and 5/16" measurements are the inside diameter of the high pressure hose, the 14 and 15mm measurement is for the inner seal on the fittings. The hose on the PowerBoss 20309 uses M22-14mm threaded connections which is a common size for all high pressure hoses with threaded connections.
This machine comes with a 1/4" high pressure hose but if you are purchasing an replacement hose, you will want to look at the 5/16" size hoses. The part numbers that would be compatible with your machine are 6041, HFZ5222540YW, and HFZ5225040YW. by Bill, Product Expert

This unit is a well put together package. The hose & lance mount right on the cart and large NeverFlat tires can take on rough terrain.
The Honda GC 190 Series engine is powerful and reliable, and the axial pump is known for being maintenance-free and easy to start.
Put it all together and you wind up with a very versatile pressure washer at a very reasonable price.

Nice upgrade
This is a nice upgrade from consumer models.
3000psi is better than 2600psi, and the work goes a bit quicker. Power plant starts easily and runs quiet. I give it 5 stars for function and 3 stars for build quality.
Good engine, good pump, cheap wheels, cheap hose. Not a deal breaker, though I would prefer to have all *prosumer* parts to start with and would be willing to pay for it.
Phone personnel courteous and efficient, and delivery was prompt. I recommend the company, and the product purchased.
