A: A rotating brush provides a scrubbing action versus the utility brush would require you to manually scrub the surface. However, you would be able to get into tighter spots with the utility brush. As far as compatibility with the Briggs & Stratton model 20358, yes this brush kit would definitely work with it. by Bill, Product Expert

A: This model would work as well as the Karcher Universal wash brush kit. The most important thing to keep in mind is if it has a M22 connection for the brush kit. This would be what attaches to the trigger gun.
The first time I used this I connected it to the power washer and the brushes started spinning without power. Once I started the power washer the gears inside stripped and broke.
The gears are made of nylon plastic - very poor quality. Postage to return the item is more that it is worth.
