A: A rotating brush provides a scrubbing action versus the utility brush would require you to manually scrub the surface. However, you would be able to get into tighter spots with the utility brush. A: This model would work as well as the Karcher Universal wash brush kit. The most important thing to keep in mind is if it has a M22 connection for the brush kit. This would be what attaches to the trigger gun.
