I ordered this spray wand to replace one that stopped working. I received it promptly and the only problem I had at that time was the packaging, which was very flimsy. The spray gun was undamaged however.
When I tried the gun on my Dirt Devil pressure washer I found that the hose fitting would not fit on my machine. I called Powerwasher and was told that Dirt Devil was not one of the machines it was compatible with. I would suggest that anyone wishing to purchase this product call the manufacturer first to make sure that it is compatible.
I returned the gun and hose to Pressure Washers Direct and received a prompt refund, except for shippping charges both ways, which I could have saved had I called first.
PWD RESPONDS: There are so many different pressure washers that it's hard to keep up with the adapters. Contacting Powerwasher first to make sure your unit is covered is very good advice.
