Your eyes are not deceiving you- this is virtually identical to our "Better" pick, with one major difference (and one you will appreciate!)
It's the electric start. Yes, Honda GX commercial grade engines are renowned for their easy starting, but this is a 13 HP motor- and unless you're King Kong, you will be pretty tired by the end of the day pulling the recoil rope over and over.
