Q: Hi Bill, Does this come with a parts and maintance book? Would one get parts for this from you or would one have to find parts else where? Thanks Curt by Curt on March 12, 2012
A: This machine will definitely come with an owner's manual that will include maintenance information in it. As far as a parts breakdown or list, more than likely it will NOT be included with the machine. If you needed a parts breakdown of this machine you would have to contact Pressure Pro directly and have them send you one. Also, if you needed to purchase any parts for this machine after the original sale, you would have to purchase them from Pressure Pro directly or one of their authorized parts dealers. Unfortunately we are not a Pressure Pro parts dealer.
Q: Hi Bill We currently have many gas powered units ranging from 4-5000 psi and big ultra high gear at 40,000. I am interseted in a 4000 psi electric unit and wondering how well they work? Do you ship to Canada or have a distributer in British Columbia? Thanks by Darren Ponte on March 28, 2011
A: A 4000 psi electric pressure washer would definitely be a profesional grade model. As to how they compare to an equivalent gas model, you would get the same performance without the maintenance that would be required from a gas model.
This specific model pressure washer is a great quality machine along with all models that are manufactured by Pressure Pro.
