This is more of a tie between "Better" and "Best"- you can't go wrong with either of these pumps.

Both brands have their fans; both have a great track record for making a quality product.

These triplex plunger pumps are a step up from axial pumps because their construction allows the seals to be replaces and the pump to be rebuilt when it wears out, where axial pumps can only be replaced.

You will spend more up front for a triplex plunger pump, but it will last longer and perform better than an axial pump.
