Lot Of Problems
Unit popped circuit breakers every where I used it, replaced the motor, removed ground fault from power cord, couldn't even plug it anywhere wouldn't fit into any outside outlets.

The good: the instant on and off is a great feature; the bad: had to replace the switch twice. For the amount of money this unit costs should perform better.

The customer service was OK had to do all the work on the unit myself, they were good at over the phone advice. Unit now has new motor and pressure... more
Pros: Features, Quiet
Cons: Unreliable, Expensive

This is a professional-grade electric motor; it requires normal 120V-1 phase power on a 13 amp circuit. If you use it on a 13 amp circuit with other things running on it, the circuit breaker will pop because it's overloaded. The GFCI plug is larger than a normal plug, but still should fit into a normal 3-prong outlet unless you have small boxes or covers on your outlets.

The GFCI plug is there to protect you and your property from the potentially dangerous mix of water and electricity. Removing the GFCI plug voided your Factory Warranty, although I see from your file that the folks at Pressure-Pro must not have been aware of your alteration since they sent a replacement motor at no charge to you.

Factory Warranty service is available for Pressure-Pro units, although you would need to transport the unit to the service location. However, the service techs would have seen that you had removed the GFCI plug and refused the warranty claim.

You are already past the 1-year consumer use warranty period, so any lengthy testing will not be covered.

Beats Any Gas Washer
Like the power; not too strong of pressure cleaned up fence and dock wit no problem. Love the auto shut off option.
Pros: Easy To Use, Price, Easy To Store, I'd Buy It Again
Cons: Heavy
