Theresa,
I'm sorry you're having problems with your pressure washer. There are Troubleshooting Tips that start on Page 17 of your Owner's Manual that may help.

Extension cords can also cause problems. Page 4 of your Manual says extension cords are not recommended, and instructs that if you do use an extension cord it should be rated for outdoor use and be rated at least the same as your unit.

If none of the tips help then please contact the folks at Pulsar directly, toll free, at 1-866-591-8921. Please be sure to have the serial number of your pressure washer handy when you call in case Pulsar asks for it.

Mine Is Leaking Out The Bottom- It Works Great
It works, just leaks out of bottom a little when using it. Is it supposed to do that?
Pros: Easy To Store
Cons: Low Quality, Heavy, Unreliable, Durability

Ethan,
Most pressure washers will leak out the bottom (a thermal relief valve) if the unit is left running without using the spray gun. Flowing water keeps the unit cool- if the unit's running without the water flowing it will overheat after a couple of minutes, and the valve opens to let water run and protect the pump and motor.

If that isn't what is happening, please call the folks at Pulsar at 1-866-591-8921 so they can help you troubleshoot or arrange for warranty repair. Please also have the serial number of your pressure washer handy when you call them.

Conflicted
Very easy to assemble, and initially it worked great. But after the third use, the motor would not stop running and it would leak water. So it works well but I don't know about it's durability.

Work One Time Only
It seem ok when I used it the first time then just two months latter when I went to use it would just keep turning on and off, and I could not use it at all. It literally only worked once.

I am trying to figure out how to return it.

Mark,
I checked our files by your last name and your email address. I didn't see where you purchased this unit from us, so you would need to return it to the location where you purchased it if their Return Policy permits it.

This unit does have a 1 year Factory Warranty, so you may want to give the folks at Pulsar a call, toll free, at 1-866-591-8921. They will be able to help you troubleshoot your unit and advise you about repair or replacement.

Please be sure to have the serial number of your pressure washer handy when you call them; they may also ask for proof of purchase to establish warranty coverage.
