A: The wheels are going to give you added stability. When you start getting into bigger surface cleaners, the more help you have the better off you are.

A: In reality the brushes are not going to have any actual use to them but to keep debris from coming out the bottom. Whether it has brushes or not, they are not acting as a cleaning tool.
