Q: The wand that came with this, where the spray tips fit in, my guys lost the o-ring in there. Is there somewhere on your site I can get a pack of replacements? I'm sure it wont be the last time this happens.
Also, I have the Mosmatic undercarriage cleaner and I need to the quick connect to hook it up to the hose that came with this machine. Do you have a link for exactly what size I need?

Works As Advertised
Excellent flow, excellent pressure. I would buy it again.
I replaced the single wand with a dual wand to avoid changing the tip to apply detergent. I also had to fix two leaks in the outlet area.
I had to install the siphon device myself (it was not pre-installed) - and this required about 1/2 hour because some disassembly of adjoining parts is required.
The auto-start is a must. I would not go back to a gas engine pressure washer unless portability was required.

Electrical Hook-up
We discovered that the electrical cord is too light. It is rated for 30 amps and should be above 44 amps. We will be changing ours.

First of all, you will need their OK to keep your Factory Warranty in force. Second of all, if they used the wrong cord on your unit they need to know, and should cover the replacement under warranty.

Please be sure to have the serial number of your unit handy when you call Pressure-Pro; they will need it for their warranty paperwork. Don't Buy The Auto Stop/start Option
Payed extra for the auto start/stop and it does not work, had to wire around the switch controlling the auto start stop.
