Works Very Well
As my business grows I have seen the value in carrying a back-up pump and a back-up pressure washer. My last pump went bad and left me stranded on a job. After replacing the pump this one has made me a ton of money just like the last.
Pros:High Quality, Durable, Easy To Use, Price

I used one of these pumps commercially to wash well over 100 houses with my painting company. It finally gave up the ghost so I bought another pump just like it and bolted it onto the Honda GX200 in 15 minutes and was washing away.
It's hard to complain about a replacing a $250 tool that played a critical role in earning over half a million dollars for you!
Pros:Durable, Price, Reliable, High Quality

Product Fine, Return Policy Not So Fine
The product came in a timely manner and looked to be perfectly fine. My problem is that the return policy is only 30 days. By the time we got our installer to put it in, and discovered we ordered the wrong part, time was up and they refused my return! Now I need to find the right one AND sell the wrong one somehow.
Pros:Durable, Features, High Quality

I'm sorry you ordered the wrong unit for your needs. Our Return Policy link at the bottom of every page provides the details on returns and damaged shipments.
We appreciate your business, and perhaps Craig's List or other resale site may help you sell the incorrect pump.
For those reading this review and having a 3rd party install their purchase, we'd like to recommend that you consult your installer before ordering to make sure you've chosen the correct item.
It works, but does not seem to be drawing detergent solution. Is there a switch or a knob that I am not aware need and needed to turn on to draw detergent?

You will need to use the black (soap) spray tip that came with your pressure washer. It allows the valve to open so the rushing water picks up detergent & adds it to the water flow by siphon action.
Your pressure washer-safe detergent needs to have a thin consistency, more like water than dish soap. Otherwise the water won't be able to pick it up. We say "pressure washer-safe" since the soap travels through your pump with the water- caustic soap or chemicals will damage the seals in the pump and void the warranty.
You can click on this link to see the Pressure Washer Safe Detergents that we sell; they may also be available in your area. Some can be used right out of the bottle, and some will need to be diluted first- please follow the manufacturer's instructions.
