Awesome Little Unit!
We use this unit everyday and the start/stop function was really the best - we burned through two Mi-T-M units within 8 months because they ran constantly.

And for those concerned about noise, this is super quiet compared to others we have used.

Great buy from a great company!!

It might help if you start from the spray gun and work back. The long metal tube screws onto the spray gun. The high pressure hose screws onto the spray gun, and only one end will fit. the other end of the high pressure hose will screw onto the pressure washer- it will only fit one of the connectors.

Your garden hose will screw onto the other connector. (Make sure there is water flowing through your garden hose and into the pump before you turn it on!).

The clear plastic tube is for soap- it connects to a "barb" on the pump- a small pyramid that sticks up, with a hole in it. The end without the filter (little round capsule with mesh) is what slides over the barb, the other end goes into a container of pressure washer-safe soap, if you want soap. The soap tube will only work when the spray nozzle is pulled out until it clicks. You have to push it back in until it clicks to go back to regular spraying.

Pressure washer-safe soap should be only as thick, or a little thicker than water. If it's thick like dish soap you will need to dilute it so the water rushing by can pick it up (it's called a siphon- you can check Wiki for details). Put the mesh capsule end into fresh water to clean out the soap tube after you use it.

Plug the unit into a normal wall socket. You may have to push the GFCI "test" button in order to get it to work. This protects you from getting hurt if the water hits the electric socket.

To adjust the spray you roll the nozzle casing from side to side- one side is a wide spray, the other side is a narrow stream. Test on surfaces in an inconspicuous place- it is very powerful. Even though the unit stops when you let off the trigger of the spray gun, use the On/Off switch if you're going to walk away so the unit won't overheat.

Use Pump Saver over the winter and store the pressure washer where it will not freeze.

Hope this helps!

Good Electric Washer
A little pricey but price is right inline for a very good washer.

The first issue I have had with this is that it will not work injecting soap. Disappointed that it will not work with soap.
Pros: Durable, Fast, High Quality, Easy To Store
Cons: Heavy, Expensive, won't inject soap

I'm sorry you're having problems getting the soap applicator to work. The Owner's Manual says "To draw soap/chemical into the pressure washer, insert the filter end of the pick-up hose into the soap/chemical. Adjust the nozzle to the low pressure position. Do not use powders, granulars, high viscosity detergents or acidic based detergents/chemicals in the injector,"

The soap is sucked up through siphon action, so your soap needs to be thin and watery, not thick like dish detergent. Pressure Washer Safe Detergents are formulated to be effective even at thin viscosity, and they won't hurt your pump's seals.

To get the siphon action started it may help to either lift the detergent container above the pressure washer, or set the pressure washer below the detergent container so gravity can help. Once the siphon is established you can move the pressure washer above the detergent container.

Thank Goodness I Found This Site!!!!!
I had been searching everywhere trying to find parts for my many awaiting work orders. Since I just started my own repair business I was new to this. When I was the hired help all the parts were ordered by other employees. I was a little overwhelmed and was uncertain as to what should be ordered.

Contacting Pressure Washers Direct made my life easier. Customer service knew exactly what I needed. I placed the order and received my products in a very timely manner. Pressure Washers... more

Appears Well Made
It took along time to receive my order due to it being "Backordered".

The unit appears to be well made and is convenient to use. Minimal instructions on operation, but easy enough to figure out, I guess.

The adjustable nozzle quit working properly after about the 4th usage. The unit is not as noisy as most PWs I have had before.

Overall a good unit,I believe. Time will tell, as with all equipment!!

The opening in spray nozzles is so small that a piece of grit from your water supply can block it. You may want to try back-flushing the wand, & using a thin piece of wire to clear the nozzle.

If that doesn't help, please call the folks at AR directly, toll free, at 866-235-5112. Factory Warranties cover defect in material or workmanship, and usually for a short (30-90 days) period of time.

Good Quality, But Limited And Contradictory Instructions
Overall the unit looks well built and durable. Unfortunately the instructions are poor and the accessories including the pressure hose and wand may not be suitable for some users since the pump is rated for 180 F while the hose and wand are only rated for 140 F.

My hot water supply is 140 F so it will work for me but it would be nice if the promo material made all of this clear. Also, the pump in my model 630 really does turn on and off when the trigger is activated and deactivated. The... more

This unit is classified as "warm water" because 140 F is the MAXIMUM it can handle before the pump's seals are damaged. "Hot water" units are specifically labeled as such because all of the components (hose, wand, seals, etc.) are engineered for high temperature use.

What the manual is trying to explain is that if you are going to walk away from the unit for more than 5 minutes, use the On/Off switch and turn the unit off.

The unit relies on the water rushing by to keep it cool- if you let go of the trigger and walk away for more than 5 minutes, leaving the motor running, damage from heat buildup to the pump and/or the motor can occur.
