I See Why Sears Is Going By The Wayside, They Sell Junk
I had one of their pressure washers, a little over two years, used it maybe 7 or 8 times, pump motor went belly up, asked the local Sears where I purchased it about some assistance in maybe buying a pump motor at cost, they said it is out of warranty can't help me. NEVER AGAIN...
Pros: Quiet, Price
Cons: Low Quality, Unreliable

George,
I'm sorry you're having problems with your Craftsman unit. We are not Sears, we are Pressure Washers Direct, and we sell a wide variety of pressure washer brands.

You may want to contact Craftsman Customer Service directly at 888-331-4569.

I have had this pressure washer for a year home use and it has been a nightmare along with my Craftsman weed eater to crank easy crank my butt!!!!!

Just once would like to buy a product that can make it longer than a year. if It is a one time use product it should be 20 dollars.
Cons: Low Quality, Unreliable, Difficult To Use, Expensive

Do Not Buy Sears Craftman Products....
Both my Sears Craftman chainsaw and pressure washer went to the trash for the same reason--the engine died completely. The engine would not combust.

This happened to both after only 2 1/2 years of light use around the house. I pressure washed the house twice (4 hours use each time) a year and used the chainsaw less than 10 times in the 2 1/2 years (maybe a total of 25 hours of total use).
Pros: Price
Cons: Low Quality, Unreliable, Durability
