Instructions Are A Joke
The instructions are a joke- they don't tell you how to set up for cleaning solutions.

The pressure washer keeps shooting tips out of the end of wand. The tips are placed in properly. Tips are easy to find but you never find the rubber o-ring. I went thru extras that were sent with the unit, but still had to go to the hardware store to buy extras (and yes, I always make sure there is a o-ring in the wand before I put the tip in, and it still blows tips).
Pros: Easy To Use, Fast, Reliable, Easy To Store
Cons: Bad Instructions, Expensive, Took Too Long To Recieve

Page 4 of the Owner's Manual says "Your pressure washer is supplied with a downstream chemical injector. The 1/4" clear vinyl tube is be inserted into the desired chemical to apply. Be sure to use the black, low pressure nozzle to inject chemical. The chemical injector will only open up and allow chemical into the line when this tip is used."

The siphon tube (1/4" clear vinyl tube) functions with the plain end attached to the empty barb on the pump; the end of the tube with the filter on it goes into the soap bucket or bottle.

The soap should be thin, like water; not thick like dish soap.

With respect- most pressure washer quick connect tips do not use an o-ring. Adding an o-ring may be what is causing the tips to blow off under pressure. Please try using the spray tips without an o-ring. If the tips do not seat properly without the o-ring, please give the folks at Pressure-Pro a call directly at (772) 461-4486 in case the spray tip connector is faulty.
