I ordered the pressure washer on Sept. 9th and will have to wait until October 5th to find out if it will be shipped, or if that will be my 3rd backorder notice.
PWD RESPONDS: We appreciate your patience! Karcher units arrive in the US on container ships. Karcher tells us when they expect the shipment to arrive, and usually they are pretty accurate.
However, all the hurricane activity on the Atlantic Ocean has disrupted shipping schedules. As soon as Karcher updates us with a due date, we send out word to our customers.
