Hi Bill. What's the difference between the AR620 and AR630. The specs seem to be the same.

Answer
The difference between those 2 machines is that the AR620 uses a thermoplastic head assembly for the pump. The AR630 has a brass head assembly on the pump. Besides that, there is no difference at all.
