Product QuestionsAnswered by Jim, the Pressure Washer Expert
Hi,
I noticed on your turbo nozzle info page you mention to use the lowest orifice possible for more power, but then the chart shows larger and larger orifices depending on pressure and gpm.
I'm using a 3000 psi 3gpm unit and considering this MTM hydro 3.0 orifice nozzle based on your general guidance of using the smaller orifice for more power. However, it looks like the chart recommends 3.5 orifice for 3000psi @3gpm.
Which should I go? Is it a mistake to grab the 3.0?
Thanks!

Answer
If falling in between two of the numbers it is best to round down. Based on the PSI and GPM of your pressure washer I would recommend the 3.5 orifice for best performance.
I own a 2 story home with 35' gables and 5 Dormers. Hard to reach vinyl siding with 38 windows.. Flag stone patio pool decks, hot tub gazebo, white fencing, huge driveways, too much wood fencing and covered with Oak Trees and Porches. Oh, and also a Barn on 2 acres. Truck and cars. WHICH pressure washer do I need???? Looked at 6528 but concerned with the heat from muffler location. Plz advice, urgent!

Answer
Are your referring to the 6598? The 3100 PSI Generac unit? With your heavy duty usage, I would recommend going with the Generac 6590. This unit has a much heavier duty pump, that can with stand the heavy duty applications you will be using it for. I have attached a link for you to view that item.
