Product QuestionsAnswered by Jim, the Pressure Washer Expert
Bill,
The specs say this unit (WM/EE4020G) is designed for 230V, but can run on 208V. At our facility we have 208V. Does the face plate on the equipment say 208/230? We have had issues in the past with vendors saying we can run equipment on 208V, but the items burn up faster.

Answer
Yes, the model WM/EE4020G will operate off of 208 and/or 230 voltage. I have confirmed this with Pressure Pro directly so there should not be any issues with this motor running off of 208V.

I am interested in Pressure-Pro Professional 2000 PSI. We are planing to instal a pressure washer in a hard piped line. I have some question regarding this unit:
1. What are the pipe dimensions on the washer inlet and outlet (not the twistfast connections)?
2. Will this unit require vibration isolation if it is hard piped into a line? If yes, how many feet of flexible hose on inlet and outlet?
3. What are the water supply requirements (flow rate and pressure) to operate the unit at 2000 psi and 4gpm?
4. Is there a pressure relief valve and a pressure gauge on the unit?
Thank you,

Answer
The inlet connection on this machine is standard 3/4" threading, the outlet is 3/8" threading with a 3/8" quick connect fitting installed.
Yes, I would suggest at least 1 ft of rubber flex hose coming off of a hard pipe. I would not be concerned with the outlet, using the high pressure hose is sufficient.
This machine would need at least 50 psi and 4 gpm going into the machine in order for it to operate correctly. You would not be able to run this machine off of a well water supply.
Yes, this machine has a pressure relief valve on the pump but it does not come with a pressure gauge. You would have to purchase the pressure gauge seperately.
