Outstanding Little Unit!!!
Bought this unit about 2yrs ago and it has never failed me once. Starts on first/second pull every time and runs very smooth. This unit's pump has never gave me any trouble either. I do use Briggs pressure washer pump lube anytime I'm not going to use it again for over a week to keep it from corroding and hard calcium building up inside.

The engines on these are iron sleeved & made by Lifan and they are who also builds today's Kohler engines. Lifan has proved itself as a top notch... more
Pros: Durable, Easy To Use, Reliable, I'd Buy It Again
Cons: None!!!

Piece Of Junk With No Support Or Service
This unit is for residential use and is only used a couple of times a year. Just over a year old and two uses and the pump is dead already. This manufacturer has no service centers or dealers and the unit is a pile of useless junk.

Will stick with the cheap models at Lowes in future.
Cons: Unreliable, Durability

We're sorry to hear you had a bad experience with the BE 3100 PSI pressure washer. Unfortunately the unit is outside the 1 year warranty period.

Sometimes how you use a pressure washer can affect its performance and lifespan. If you have questions about what could have caused this problem, give us a call at 1 (866) 618-9274.

Top Notch
I cannot say enough good things about this pressure washer. It has excellent power and starts on the first pull just about every time. This washer is perfect for the heavier jobs around the home and works well as a temporary back-up washer in a pinch.

Pressure Washers Direct customer service is definitely top notch. They worked quickly to resolve a problem that arose upon receiving the unit, as did BE customer service. Both stepped up to the plate quickly to resolve things, and coming... more

Great Washer Period!
I recently purchased a Husqvarna (Briggs) 3100PSI from a big box store. I washed around 40 homes with it then the injector went- which is better than expected since I run pool shock as my cleaner and its caustic. Being it was UNDER warranty, I brought it back to the store where they tell me they WILL NOT fix it; fine- but THEY STILL HAVE IT!!! They cannot find all the parts like gun, wheels etc!! DO NOT go to a big box store...

I have this one for back up and its been cleaning now for job... more
Pros: Durable, Easy To Use, Price, Exceeded Expectations

We're glad the BE unit is working out so well for you! We'd like to add a little explanation though... using anything BUT pressure washer-safe detergents through the pump (sometimes called "upstream injection") on any pressure washer will void the warranty.

As this customer described, there are Chemical Injectors that introduce cleaners AFTER the pump ("downstream injection") so that you can use chemicals that would otherwise harm your machine.

Harsh chemicals will still do a number on your hose, spray wand, and nozzles- so be prepared to replace those sooner than normal. Please also be careful of where your overspray and runoff goes when using harsh cleaners- we don't want you, your landscaping, or your pets to be damaged.
