Great Power Washer For The Money
This is a good washer. I have used it several times now and it has been great. The Honda engine starts on the first pull usually, if not second pull it's running.

My only issue is the hose, I think it should be longer and have quick connections but that didn't stop me from purchasing it. I'll add this later.
Pros: Easy To Use, Price, Light Weight, Easy To Store

Not Good Enough For Us
Did not last 4 months, I used about 4 times a week, so maybe for home use could be good, for everyday not good at all.
Cons: Low Quality, Durability

Ronaldo,
This unit is considered a Consumer-grade unit since it uses Honda's GC engine instead of their commercial-grade GX engine and has an axial cam pump instead of a (rebuildable) triplex plunger pump.

Please click on this link for Commercial-Grade Pressure Washers to see units designed to stand up to the rigors of professional use.

Ryan,
For the best performance from your pressure washer it's really important to use a Pump Saver product over the winter and make sure the unit is stored where it doesn't freeze.

Honda's GC engines are consumer grade. They are good engines, but they have lighter weight components (and a shorter Factory Warranty) than Honda's commercial grade GX line. In the extreme conditions found in Alaska a commercial grade engine might hold up better- especially since you're willing to do maintain the unit properly.

Can't Say Anything . . .
Was bought as a gift for my son's MBA graduation. He got it out of the box, assembled it, hooked up the water, added the gas and oil and it DOES NOT work. He quickly filled out the warranty card, looked up a Karcher service center and two weeks later still NO power washer.

Cathy,
I am so sorry your son's pressure washer didn't start right away- usually Honda engines fire right up. Please be assured that the warranty is in effect whether or not the warranty card is filled out.

This is the busiest time of year for pressure washer repair shops, but if your son feels he isn't being treated fairly because his repair is warranty work, please have him call Karcher directly at (800) 537-4129 with the name and number of the shop and the person he's working with their. (If he kept a copy of the serial number they will probably ask for that, too).

If you need us to ask our Karcher rep to step in, then we're happy to do that- we would also need the name and number of the shop, your son's name, and the name of the person at the shop he's working with.

We appreciate your business, and apologize for any disappointment!
