Product QuestionsAnswered by Jim, the Pressure Washer Expert
I bought replacement tips (not from you) for a pressure washer I just bought second hand. It's a karcher 2400 psi with a 5.0 Honda motor. The tips are rated to 4000 psi. When I use the 1 25 degree tip that I got with the rig it works fine. When I switch out to one if the tips I just bought, I get hardly any pressure. What's wrong? Do you have something that will work better?

Answer
More than likely you purchased the wrong orifice size tips for your pressure washers specs. If you have too large of an orifice, the pressure will drastically decrease. The correct size that you would need for your pressure washer is a 3.0 orifice. I am posting a link below to the spray tips we carry with that size orifice:
