I have the AR 118 which has a small detergent bottle that attaches to the wand rather than a separate tank for detergent, what is the best detergent to use for car wash, window wash and deck cleaning with this model? And do I use it at standard mix/concentration or does it need to be stronger?

The car and boat wash would be your best option for what you want to do. The car and boat wash is going to have the spot free chemical added, so it would be great for windows.
You would use this as the standard mix. Nothing special.

No definitely not. You want to make sure that the detergent(s) you are using are "pressure washer safe". Normal soaps/detergents that are not "pressure washer safe" will absolutely dry out the seals in the pump and eventually cause them to fail.
