 Most Helpful Critical ReviewHandle Broke Already...seems To Be A Bad Design
The ball valve is too hard to turn...have 3000 PSI unit. Have gone through 3 of these breaking the handle, which needs to be tempered steel instead of pot metal. Could not find parts (handle) for replacement. Would not recommend.
Pros: None Cons: Low Quality, Difficult To Use, Durability, Expensive  Sheryl Does Not Recommend This Product Product Expert Sheryl, I'm sorry the handle of the ball valve broke. Ball valves perform best either all the way open or all the way closed. Using them part-way open will let the water pressure jam them. Sometimes the use of WD40 or Vaseline on the ball will help it move easily.
